A 'hoe' is someone who flirts a lot? Huh, who knew? What's wrong with flirting? If she wants to flirt, and she's comfortable with it, even knowing that there are judgemental people out there who say nasty things about her, then more power to her.
just leave her be. let her pay for her mistakes.
